  • How do I book an appointment?
    Book online through the reservation link at the top of any page, or call us at (210) 688-5333 during business hours. We recommend booking ahead for evenings and weekends.
  • Do you take walk-ins?
    You are always welcome to stop by, and we will do our best to seat you. For the shortest wait — especially on busy evenings and weekends — give us a call at (210) 688-5333 before you come in.
  • I am booking for a group — is there anything special I should do?
    For parties of 3 or more, please call us at (210) 688-5333 to book rather than booking online.
  • How early should I arrive?
    A few minutes before your appointment is perfect — just enough time to settle in and enjoy a complimentary drink before we begin.

Services

  • What is the difference between Solar, Gel-X, and Dip Powder?
    Solar (acrylic) is the most durable for extensions and shape changes. Gel-X uses pre-made soft-gel tips, gentler on the natural nail and quicker to apply. Dip Powder sits in between — strong, lightweight and odorless. Your technician will recommend the best fit for your nails.
  • How long does a typical visit take?
    It depends on the service — a classic manicure is quick, while our signature pedicures and head-spa packages are designed to be savored. Let us know your timeframe when you book and we will guide you.
  • Do you offer services for kids?
    Yes — our Princess Service is designed for children under 10 and includes a mini manicure, a mini jelly pedicure, and the signature Princess Package with a crown, wand and jewels.
  • Can I bring my own design inspiration?
    Absolutely. Bring a photo or swatch and our technicians will happily color-match or recreate a look you love. Custom nail art is priced per design.

Pricing & Payment

  • Why are some prices shown with a “+”?
    A “+” means starting from — the final price depends on length, shape, design complexity and any add-ons. Your technician will confirm the exact price before starting.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards and cash. A cash gratuity is always appreciated by our technicians.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes — gift cards are available in the salon and make a lovely gift for any occasion. Ask us in person or call (210) 688-5333.

Your Visit

  • Are the drinks really complimentary?
    Yes — our cocktails, mocktails, wine and soft drinks are complimentary for guests during their visit. For everyone’s comfort, alcoholic drinks are limited to two per guest.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes — parking is available right in front of the salon at 5546 N Loop 1604 W, Ste 150, San Antonio, TX 78249.
  • Can my child sit with me during my service?
    Children are welcome when accompanied and supervised by an adult. For a fuller experience, we recommend booking them a Princess Service so they can enjoy the visit too.

Policies

  • Do you offer a service guarantee?
    Yes — we offer a 7-day complimentary repair guarantee. If you experience chipping, peeling, lifting or breakage within 7 days of your service, we will gladly fix it at no cost. Please bring your receipt or appointment details.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All services and product sales are final. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us — if anything is not right, please tell us before you leave so we can make it right.
  • I need to cancel or reschedule — what should I do?
    Please give us a call at (210) 688-5333 as early as you can so we can offer the time to another guest. We will always do our best to find a new slot that works for you.
